Whats Happens When Your Not able to pay back payday loans?

I know they can call you & stuff. But what else can they do. Im gonna close my account and change my telephone #. They cant sue you, etc. No ones stupid enough to files claims with a payday lender also i did reserach thats says they can only file 12 claims a year. Whats do you guys think?

I just got out of this cycle with these companies after a 3 year nightmare with them. I managed to get a bank loan thru a Credit Union here. I paid most of the paydays off. Then paid it all off with my income tax. I feel sorry for you. You have to pay them some how. They will take you to court and you will incur extra fees. I's best to write them a letter or talk to the manager about making some arrangements.
